Sonisphere Festival with the Big 4 (Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax and Slayeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer) took place last night in Athens. Rain started to fall late in the day, just before the last show (Metallica). 20.000+ people @ the venue, Slayeeeeeeeeeeeeer ruled the world (read their interview here)
Metal concerts of this volume have become the it thing in Athens the last 2-3 years. I saw people at the venue who have never even come close to a metal song and they write their opinions about the shows, whilst not even seeing the shows (backstage doesn't count, you morons - report my you know what, bitch)
