All hail Kendrick Lamar! The new album "The Blacker The Berry" is insane. Once again, Kendrick goes all in and opens new paths for others to follow. His flow is all conquering. There's sampling from Sufjan Stevens to Michael Jackson and Radiohead, there's blending from free jazz to spoken word, there's addressing major issues of our era in a poetic manner. And all this, in an album that is supposed to be a shot at mainstream domination. Oh my! Excellent stuff, nothing less. An album for the ages.
