Tiger Beer Know The Not Known Campaign

Most magazines are boring these days. Everybody realises that. Same old features, same old faces, same old words. But, there are a few exceptions: one of them is Vice. You read the mag and the site and you just know that the writers actually have a life, correct?

Tiger Beer did the right thing and teamed up with Vice in a project called "The Found Series’", which is a series of three documentaries about interesting people that lead their lives in a creative way. To get an example, the first episode was about Lightship 95, which is the story of Ben Phillips buying a 500 tonne moored vessel into a recording studio for bands to rehearse and record their music, while actually living in the ship!

After "The Found Series", came the "Know The Not Known" campaign, which is 8 episodes about 8 London promoters who were asked to run events that Tiger Beer promoted. A gift from heaven if you are into the whole 00s party / dance scene: for example, the fourth episode with is the one with Bullion, where the prominent DJ talks about his influences etc.

The project continues with a new co-operation with Empire magazine, for a series of films called "Undiscovered Treasures". The tasty people of Empire will make sure that 100 lucky people get to see, at special screanings in London's Soho Hotel, some great movies that didn't get their fare chance when they were released, like 2008 released "The Escapist".

Also, Empire will be involved in a new creative with Institute For Eyes (directing duo Luke Seomore and Joseph Bull). Institute For Eyes are part of 4 specially selected talents sourced with Dazed and Confused to harness the consumer passion points of music, art, design and film. You can see the creative currently online at www.tigerbeer.co.uk or the behind the scenes footage. Visit Empire Online for more info and to follow the progress as the films are announced.
