One of the albums of 2011, for sure. Fucked Up's third LP is called "David Comes To Life" and is immense songwriting. True, bright, intelligent music. Songs about a fictional town called Byrdesdale, punk rock blending with 60s pop and so many ideas that we haven't seen in a guitar album in years.
It's out this June 6th (UK) and 7th (USA) via Matador, but you can listen to it here
