Amanda Palmer is all about the witty, sarcastic, funny songs. This album is all about all those, then. Some of the songs are plain funny. And some other are sketches of the bitterness of a life not lived as it should be. Recorded live (for the biggest part of it) in Australia (aka down under), the LP showcases Amanda at her best, which is her with a guitar and her voice and her great communication with the crowd. Oh, and the album ends with a cover of Nick Cave's "The Ship Song".
A very enjoyable record, then.
