As 2010 exits, a mention of the beautiful album "Daydreamer" by Nikos Antoniou is necessary. The album has been out since spring, I've listened to it a lot, but it seems I haven't posted about it, so here goes: inspired by the same-titled novel of greek Kostas Kariotakis, the music is a mix of classical and ambient music. In it's most part, the album revolves around the piano and melancholy is what's it's all about, clearly stated by titles like "Lost Love", "Childhood Memories". There are also more "lounge" tracks, like "Skylight" and more uplifting tracks like "Lithography".
