Weezer have gone catchy with their new album "Hurley", which is released on September 14th on Epitaph and is called "Hurley" and features the same-named character's from LOST image (played by actor Jose Garcia) on the album cover.
The sound is pure rock, fast and uplifting. As always with Weezer, it's about the stories and the underlying themes. Ryan Adams, Dan Wilson, Linda Perry and Mac Davis have co-written songs, while in the deluxe edition the band cover "Viva La Vida" by Coldplay. Actor Michael Cera features on song "Hang On". Decent album by a decent band.
