!!! - Strange Weather, Isn't It?

!!! are back. This is good enough news. I remember a time where everyone was talking about them, and couldn't get their name straight. This was a time when you could actually listen to !!! on (one) greek radio. Long gone time, anyway.
I heart !!!, because they seem to have fun with their music. And they have the best taste in music and best titles ever: remember the 2005 EP "Take Ecstasy With Me/Get Up", where they covered Nate Dogg's "Get Up"? Or "Hello? Is This Thing On?" and "Me and Giuliani Down By The Schoolyard" from 2004 LP "Louden Up Now"? How cool is that?

"Strange Weather" is dancy and punky and fun. Typical !!!, then. The vibe is there, quite toned down, the horns are there, the sharp/vibeful/rocknroll guitars are there, the omg lyrics are there ("Even Judas Gave Jesus A Kiss", what sort of a line is this?), the feedback effects are all there, it's all there. Unexpected tiny elements in the songs and the different feeling each song expresses is all it's all about: a typical, good !!! album, with songs crafted well.
