Malcolm McLaren has passed away, aged 64, due to cancer.
I met him once at a promotional stunt of his: he was very clever, for sure. All else is history, as they say: and his history includes a legendary boutique with Vivienne Westwood, propelling punk music to mega stardom with tricks and treats, and associating with bands like the New York Dolls, Siouxsie, Adam Ant and of course, the Sex Pistols.
